A new heroine (named Angelique again), and new cast and characters bring a fresh start to the Angelique universe. This game is set on the continent of Arcadia in the Small Cosmos, which has long been under the threat of an evil demon named Thanatos.  The game is more adventure-based, rather than the cultivation system of previous Angelique games, and the aim of the quest is to rid Arcadia of Thanatos' evil influence. A new dating system was developed for this game, and six love endings are possible. The "Full Voice" version is a re-release of the game with new events stills and special events added, and the entire game is now fully voiced.

A sort of sequel to Neo Angelique was released on PSP which includes 4 new voiced characters. It will also feature a new ending song, La Vie en Rose ~薔薇色の奇跡~ performed by Erenfried (Irino Miyu) and Roche (Kimura Ryouhei).
